I made spicy chicken with peppers and basil for dinner tonight.
I hardly ever cook. I sometimes make salads and sandwiches, I occasionally bake... but actually cooking on the stove with pots and pans and utensils is a pretty rare occurrence. It's exciting. (For me.)
The recipe was easy to follow and it turned out pretty good. I think it would be better with a little coconut milk in it, but then it would be fattening and I'm on a diet.
